01 / Overview
Indiana Campus: Built for GB300 Today, Ready for Vera Rubin Tomorrow
Located in Yorktown, Indiana, Indiana Campus combines 7.2 MW of IT capacity with 10 MW of fully energized I&M utility power. With power already on site and the engineering design finalized, two critical development milestones are complete. The campus targets ready for service on July 31, 2027, using a permanent facility building paired with skid-mounted infrastructure to support a nine-month deployment schedule.
Designed for high-density AI workloads, the campus features direct-to-chip liquid cooling, a design rack density of 240 kW per rack, and a target PUE of 1.19. Support for NVIDIA Vera Rubin is a future design objective, extending the campus’s focus beyond today’s computing requirements.
